My name is Ana, the writer, recipe creator, and food photographer, behind this blog. I am a foodie, coffee lover, health conscious, happiness seeker, mom of two. Consider this space my contribution to making this world a little happier and healthier through health tips, self-care and of course delicious food!
I’ve made attempts at blogging before, mostly documenting my weight loss journey, but as those attempts at dieting fell through, so did the blogs.
I’ve finally decided to give it a real go, but this time I want to focus on what I truly love and have a passion for- food, being healthy, and taking care of myself. Most importantly, I decided to help others, not just focus on my own journey.
Of course I will talk about my experiences and journey but most of this blog is about you, my reader. The person who thought I was interesting enough to click my link and see what the heck I’m talking about on here.
I want your time to me worthwhile. I want you to “get something” out of this space. Whether it is advice, a question answered about bariatric surgery, a good recipe, or some things to get you started on your health or self-care journey. That’s what I’m here for.
